Q. How do I send my forks or shock?

A. Wrap your shock or fork in bubble wrap and construct a cardboard box around it and secure with plenty of packaging tape. Enclose a return address and contact name and telephone number. Also enclose a note explaining what the item has been sent in for, this information will be cross checked against your email enquiry before any work is carried out. Please clean your item before sending it in.

Q. How do Rebound send back your forks or shock back?

A. All items are returned via Interlink recorded delivery.

Q. What happens to my item upon receipt?

A. All items are tested, inspected on receipt and findings are phoned and e-mailed back to you with a no obligation quotation listing parts required.

Q. What is included in the servicing

A .Items are repaired as instructed by yourselves, depending on the individual request, from cleaning & topping up oils to replacing components, seals, rings and full oil changes, cosmetic damage is not repaired unless this is specifically requested and quoted for.
